A member of the Bengali Association of Minnesota (BAM) plays a vital role in the direction and growth of the association. Following are some of the reasons why you should become a member of BAM:

• This is your organization that promotes your culture and values.
• It promotes the rich culture and heritage of Bengal. As a member you will influence its growth and direction.
• You will be eligible to become a Board Member.
• You will have voting power.
• You show your sincere support and help the association grow to achieve its goals.
• You will receive notification of all programs and events arranged by BAM.
  

In order to strengthen and grow the Bengali Association of MN over the long term, we need to have more persons who are active subscribing members of the association. To make it easy and convenient for every person in the community to actively participate in the association, we have removed the annual membership fees.

Anyone 18 years or older who subscribes to the objectives of the Community and abides by its By-laws and regulations can become a member of the Bengali Association of Minnesota.
